The concept for these images began with a trip to my dentist to have some rather extensive repair work done to replace a bridge that had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I became interested in the molds and various paraphernalia that were used to create the new bridge and asked my dentist if he would loan them to me after he finished his work. He agreed and stated that I could keep them as he had no use for them after he finished his work.

As a result the style used to create these images is a hybrid art technique, a combination of physical objects that were scanned into my computer and painted images that were created digitally using Adobe Photoshop and other software programs that I use to create my digital art with. I have placed a few examples of some of the objects and images that I used below.
